Self check-in
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy.

Pet Policy
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per stay. A pet fee of £25 per dog, per stay, applies.
To help maintain an allergy-friendly environment for all guests, dogs are strictly not permitted on beds or sofas at any time.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused during their stay.
Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
We are happy to accommodate special requests! Please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
The driveway can fit 5 cars or 4 work vans.
We always do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. Availability depends on whether we have guests arriving or departing on the same day as your stay.
To maximise our guests’ time at the property, we offer a 3:00pm check-in and an 11:00am check-out, which gives our cleaning team a limited 4-hour turnaround window. For this reason, extensions may not always be possible.
